Would you like to experience the feeling of being in a castle overnight? Although this is a former school, you can still experience the luxury and space of a castle. This freestanding holiday home, which was recently carefully restored and extended, is located in the village of Jivka, in the foothills of the Giant Mountains. Situated on a large plot, you can choose from among three spacious apartments with the possibility of 4 extra beds in two separate hotel rooms. Two of the apartments are ideal for 10 persons, one apartment can accommodate 6 persons and the hotel rooms provide accommodation for 2 persons. In all, the house has a total capacity for 30 persons. There are ping pong, foosball and billiards tables for the common use of the guests plus a fully-equipped classroom with an interactive "SMART" whiteboard. There is even a free Wi-Fi connection. The garden, which is an oasis of tranquility, contains a common gazebo with sitting area and fireplace. Right next to the gazebo there is a private playground with seating for the parents. You can freely use the garden. Near Jivka you will find true nature, with beautiful forests and streams of running water. The Giant Mountains are a popular summer holiday destination as life here is quite inexpensive. In the surroundings there are quaint old towns and villages well worth seeing. Walking, cycling and swimming are widely available. The Giant Mountains are popular with tourists, yet without the crowds found in many other nations. Nearby Trutnov has numeorus shops. In Jivka you will find a shop, cafe and restaurant (drinks, meals for less than € 5). A swimming / fishing lake is within walking distance. Other great places include Náchod and Broumov. Your dog is welcome! Cars can be parked on the property.
