Luxurious Craftsman Retreat Two Miles From Cornell University Enjoy privacy in either the apartment or the stone cottage, close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca, while surrounded by five acres of hillside meadow, orchard, and gardens. Both the apartment and the cottage are free-standing buildings which offer quality furnishings from Stickley and other local furniture makers and extraordinary beds and bedding.

The apartment was designed with extended stay in mind, with a full kitchen and dining area, living area with sleeper sofa, bathroom, and king-size bed in the bedroom. The stone cottage has a Tempurpedic king-size bed, wood-burning fireplace, Jacuzzi open to the room, and a kitchenette for light meals.

Sustainability is our goal and we are solar and wind powered - your sheets are line-dried in sunshine and fresh air. Perhaps you'd like to try eggs from our free-roaming chickens, or share in the harvest from the vegetable and flower gardens.
