A charming Tower View From A Well Decorated Apartment with 3 Bedrooms, Istanbul The apartment is located at Beyoglu, Taksim district of Istanbul which is considered to be the heart of the city. The region is surrounded by numerous historical places, monuments, museums, churches, cinemas, bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants. It is also within short walking distance to many European consulates and embassies. The much celebrated Galata Tower (used to be known as Christea Turris - Tower of Christ) which was built in 1384 makes the location of our apartment very unique.
The apartment (from the living room and the bedroom) has an extremely pleasant view of the Galata Tower and offers sensational views of the Galata Tower both during the day and the night. The Tower is about 50 meters from the Apartment. The apartment is fully-furnished and decorated in a stylish manner to make our guests enjoy their stays and has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. It has self-catering facilities, 24 hours of hot water, wireless Internet connection, refrigerator, hair-dryer, micro-wave oven etc.
The place of the apartment is very central indeed and only 3-10 minute walk away from the underground station, bus, tram and ferry stops. You may easily find your way to these stations by walking in order to move to other historic places of Istanbul city (particularly old city; Sultanahmet, Covered Bazaar etc.). No Smoking, No Pets Allowed, Designer Furnishings, Washer/Dryer How to reach to this location from Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen Airports?
Havas (pronounced as Havas) (Shuttle Service Company) runs frequent shuttles between both airports (Ataturk Airport on the European side of Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul) and Taksim.
The fare is about 5 Euros per person. A taxi journey from Taksim to the apartment will cost around 3 to 4 Euros. Another way of reaching the apartment from Taksim is by using the underground train which runs from Taksim to Sishane. There is only one station, so you can’t get it wrong.(Read as Shishaneh in Turkish).The apartment is about five-minutes of walking distance from the Sishane A taxi journey from Ataturk Airport to the apartment will cost around 20-30 Euros and from Sabiha Gokcen Airport the cost of the journey would be around 30-50 Euros. A brief and clear Turkish explanation of the route to be followed by the taxi driver is supplied to our guests at the time of booking.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Euro.
Include bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, electricity, gas, tap water, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and all taxes.
In case you require a cleaning service during your stay, cleaning of the apartment will be made at a fee of €35. Please be aware that a fully refundable security deposit is required as indemnity against any damage and breakages. The deposit is €150 per booking.
The security deposit will be returned to you in full when you leave the property without any damages. The initial payment (required to secure a booking) as 20% of the total fee (rental fees + security) should be made during the online booking by PayPal. The rest of the payment (remaining 80%) will be made in cash upon arrival.
In case the full amount is paid via PayPal prior to your arrival, additional 5% commission fee is added to total fees due to the exchange differences and commission expenses paid to PayPal by us. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, we must be informed by the “lead guest” in writing via email. If the cancellation notice is made within 20 days prior to your arrival we charge you 20% of your total booking amount (including deposit).
That means we keep the advance payment made according to article 5 in this terms and conditions. If the cancellation notice is made earlier than 20 days the advance is refunded to you by subtracting the PayPal charges. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Please note that the earliest check-in hour is 15:00 and latest check-out time is 11:00 to avoid the overlapping arrivals and departures. However, we will do our best to comply with your individual requirements particularly at times when the apartment is unoccupied.
The privacy is one of the most important parts of this terms and conditions. It is promised that any personal information about you including your name, business, financial and contact details and any other information shall not be sold, hired, shared and distributed to any third party without your written permission, except in the case where it is required by law.
The apartment is located in a residential area. In this regard you are kindly requested to maintain the peace and quietness of the building. It is accepted that you agree to undertake the responsibility for the proper conduct of behavior in terms of yourself and people staying with you.
In the case of serious misconduct or valid complaints from neighbors we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the apartment and under these circumstances we shall have no further responsibility to you. In the case of any accident or unexpected events during your stay in the apartment, please inform us as soon as possible and we will try to be of assistance.
Please make sure that you are adequately insured before traveling. Your insurance policy must cover the risks against the damages to property and furniture caused by you and your party, theft, accidents and medical treatments, damages given to third parties, loss of belongings during your traveling and stay.
We shall be unable to accept any liability for loss, damage or other claim resulting from your holiday.
