Lakeside All Season Fully Equipped Cottage - a Slice of Heaven This Lake Simcoe lakefront cottage has it all for you! Summer activities, including boating, swimming and fishing are steps from your back deck (including a marine railway for your use). The sandy lake bottom is great for the kids with shallow entry too! Winter activiites include snowmobiling, skiing and 'Lake Simcoe famous' ice fishing!
Discover all Lake Simcoe and the region has to offer! During the summer, boating and swimming are, of course, at your door step and your choice of several golf courses is only a few minutes away. Barrie and its summer and fall festivals is also only a short drive away, and Casino Rama is an easy 40 minutes drive. If horse racing is your thing, Georgian Downs is just a quick trot down the road, even well after the snow starts to fly.
In the winter, the cross country trails and downhill mountains are just a short drive away. Ice skating abounds in the area, and snowmobiling and ice fishing on world famous Lake Simcoe is at your door, Enjoy the comfort of the spacious living and dining rooms, complete with TV, DVD player, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Bottled drinking water is NOT required - the tap water is potable. A propane BBQ is also included. All linens, blankets, pillows and towels are included, as well as a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a double bed, dresser and plentiful closet space.

Payment Policy: Rates quoted are in $CDN.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the booking. Until the deposit is received, the cottage is still available for rent to other guests. The Balance of Rental Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Methods of Payment are by Paypal (a 3% processing fee is added), check or Interac e-mail money transfer (not available in all areas).
A $500 security deposit payment is required on the day you arrive, and will be returned to you within 2 weeks after you leave if the cottage has been left clean, and there is no damage. Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel for any reason, we will endeavour to rent the cottage for your rental period. If we are successful, your money will be returned to you. If we are not, your money will be retained. Rules: NO SMOKING in the cottage. Pets may be allowed after letting us know what pet you are bringing.
You are required to leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. If it is not, cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
