Payment Policy: Special Offer For Couples - "Rent a 3-bedroom condo for a 1 bedroom rate"
Rates may vary greatly depending upon the number of people and the time of the year. I even have 'custom' rates for couples....if you get along with each other !!!!! Just call me and find out how reasonable my rates are. I've been doing this for over 20 years and I'm also the cleaning lady. All in all, you will NOT be disappointed. Cancellation Policy: $75 fee for any cancellation and a minimum 60 day cancellation notice is required or the deposit is not refundable. Rules: No skateboarding or rollerblading under the building, no towels on the balconies and no kids under 13 in spa.We have no facialites for parking boats or trailers.
