Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.
Deposit fee of $500 required, (for 2 or more months deposit fee is 1,000) with full rent due 60 days prior. Renter pays electric,cleaning, local phone, $15 wireless which comes out of deposit at end of rental period. After these deductions and unit inspection, the remaining deposit will be returned within 60 days.
There is a $100 application fee also that goes to the Condo Association. This is required for a parking permit & approval. Cancellation Policy: Please Contact Owner for Cancellation. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
