We are at a few miles north of Jensen Beach Causeway on South Hutchinson Island where it is secluded. The beach is lovely and has great shelling and is very private.The Condo Building has eight floors, the property is gated. Two pools on property, easy access to the beach. A new Clubhouse with weight room and more. This two bedroom, two bath condo with screened patio is located on the first floor making it very easy to come and go. Tennis courts also on the property. Very clean, recently updated.Tastefully decorated. This will dead end into Ocean Blvd. Go East on Ocean Blvd. This will take you to Hutchinson Island. You will now be going north. It is about 8 miles after you enter the island. Sand Dollar Shores will be on your right. Last set of condos before the Power Plant. Across from the fire station. You will need to call the owners to gain access to the complex.

Payment Policy: Must rent by the month. All rates in US dollars. Must sign a contract with a $1000.00 rent deposit to hold the unit. The balance is due upon arrival. There is an 11.5% tax added to the monthly rental. Plus a $500 refundable security deposit. Cancellation Policy: If canceled 30 days before, full refund of rental deposit of $1000.00 After that if unit is rented then full refund, if not pro-rated until unit is rented. Rules: No smoking, no pets. Has to be rented a month at a time.
