Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Rates do not include $100 non-refundable processing fee. Payments must be received at least one week in advance or cashier's check or cash may be given/sent. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. If you are discovered with pets or extra folks and have not paid the fees associated with that, we will ask you to do so or to vacate. A neighbor check regularly for us.
