A 50% booking deposit is required to secure reservation. The remaining fee is required eight weeks prior to arrival.
If cancelled within this eight week period, no refund can be made unless the cottage can be re-booked, for which every effort will be made. If cancelled before eight weeks there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. Rules:
