A Spectacular Big Island Bed and Breakfast minutes form Waipio Valley Waipio Wayside Inn, a Big Island Bed and Breakfast, is a Historic Sugar Plantation home in Honokaa, HI, located minutes from Waipio Valley - Hawaiian Valley of the Kings. Our Hawaiian vacation rentals are situated along the spectacular Hamakua coast line and is comfortably positioned about half way between Kona and Hilo, just an hour and a half away from Volcanoes National Park.
Waipio Wayside Inn has been carefully restored and provides you with all of the modern conveniences while maintaining its old world charm. Each of the five bedrooms in this Hawaii Bed and Breakfast have their own unique character, all have private bathrooms, good reading lights, fluffy towels and tropical flowers. The Chinese and Plantation rooms have bathtub shower combination so you can have a good soak after your long hikes.
Birds Eye Room - A spacious queen room set back from the main house, very private. Our most requested room for honeymooners. This room has a private bath, warm pine walls with lots of light and windows, Birds Eye maple furniture, a stunning Chinese rug, great reading lights, an interesting assortment of books and a comfy reading chair. * 100% For any reservation made within our 6 weeks cancellation period.
* 50% For all other reservation Cancellation Policy: * $25 handling fee for all cancellations.
* Multiple room booking $25 cancellation fee for each room canceled
* Up to to six weeks prior to arrival deposits will be cheerfully refunded minus cancellation fee
* Holiday weeks - refund will be given ONLY if the room or rooms are re-rented. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Additional charges
* $25.00 charge for all persons over two per bedroom, per night is added to room rate.
* $10.00 extra is charged to room rate for single night stays.
* Hawaii Sate sales tax of 4% is added to room rate.
* Hawaii transient tax of 7.25% is added to room rate.
