Payment Policy: For Confirmed Bookings... a 50% deposit is required. Cancellation fees will be applied. A $75.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied to final payment. A $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee will be applied. Balance of Rental must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to arrival or booking will be considered cancelled by rentor. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250.00 For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $500.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
