Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds.
All rental rates are for the villa per night and NOT PER PERSON and are based on 4 person occupancy. 1st May to 18th December ( 2 people occupancy) £110 per night 3rd January to 30th April (2 people occupancy): £150 per night Cancellation Policy: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance is required 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival. Should you wish to cancel written confirmation of the cancellation must be received 70 days prior to your arrival date in order for your to recover the deposit. After this date, should you wish to cancel between 30 and 69 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival the full rental costs will be forfeited. If the property is rebooked for your dates you will be refunded 100% of the rental costs less an administration charge of £100. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
