ALL TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS MAY BE SUPERSEDED BY A CONFIRMED (deposit received) RESERVATION FROM ANOTHER PARTY. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit (less any payment transaction charges incurred) will be made if reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival date. If reservation is cancelled less then 30 days from arrival date, refund will be made only if villa is re-rented. Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! Sheets and towels are provided for 2 persons per bedroom. Sofa linens are NOT provided. Towels, sheets, blankets are NOT to be removed from the villa. Missing linens will be charged to you. Cleaning is provided at departure only. For an additional fee, arrangements may be made for additional cleanings at time of check-in.
