Spacious 2nd Row Palmetto Dunes 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Villa This recently renovated, two-story, Palmetto Dunes villa is a spacious townhouse with all the amenities.

Our 4 bedroom, three bath villa, 497 Captain\'s Cove, is in Palmetto Dunes. It is a second row unit facing the lagoon. This is a very clean, spacious and beautiful townhouse with easy access to the ocean, lagoon or pool. It has a full size washer and dryer as well as an eat-in kitchen and a separate dining area. We also provide a high chair. One hour of tennis per day is included with the unit. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a grill, 5 TV’s, including a 42” flat panel High Definition TV with surround sound, three DVD players, wireless internet access and much more.

The rear deck faces the lagoon and is a peaceful place to read, have a glass of wine, and take in the island’s beauty. The lagoon has a dock if you care to rent a canoe or kayak to explore the interior of the island from the water or fish in the lagoon. Fishing from the dock has also been a lot of fun for our grandchildren.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king. The other first floor bedroom has both a queen and a single. The upstairs bedrooms have a double and two doubles, respectively.
