South Forest Beach Villa- Short Walk to the Beach The beach? The pool? Coligny Plaza? This inviting 2 bedroom townhouse is located in South Forest Beach and is just a hop, skip and a jump to your activity of choice! Freshly repainted with new bed linens, comforters and fluffy pillows throughout, this is a great location for the perfect beach getaway. The 1st level offers a roomy living area complete with a sleeper sofa and television/DVD. From here you can enjoy view the trees through the patio doors or step outside and glance to your right and see how close you are to the beautifully kept pool where you can choose to relax and soak up the sun in one of the many chaise loungers.

Back in the townhouse, the 1st level has a full size kitchen set with all appliances and cooking utensils. The dining area seats 6 guests. A full size washer and dryer are located offside in the kitchen area as well. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television and a full bathroom. The guest bedroom is set with two twin beds and a television. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway.
