The cottage has four bedrooms (one double, one single and two family rooms) and two family bathrooms, making it suitable for eight people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove and a conservatory. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Just 3 miles from the coast and beach and with an abundance of walking opportunities all around, Sea Breezes is a lovely holiday cottage all year round.

Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Garage for 1 car or cycle storage, plus off road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with lawned area, enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Pub 1.5 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
