Payment Policy: All Rates are in British Pounds.
A 20% deposit is required to secure a reservation, non refundable.
The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival plus £100 to cover end of stay clean, linen and towels, all utilites and laundry.
Upon arrival a security deposit of £200 is required to cover any potential damages.
Over one week daily rate of £125 applied. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.
