Rates are in US Dollars.
Studio with Kitchen:$149.00 Room with Bath:$139.00
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Reservations of 3 days or less require payment in full at time of booking. Payments may be made by credit card or by check.
Daily maid service is not included, but is available for an extra fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Coin operated laundry is available on the premises. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations require a 30 day advance notice for a room credit (held for one year). Advance reservations will be required.
A 60 day cancellation notice is required and balance payments are due 60 days before arrival for the months of June, July, August and December.
Room credits are not issued when reservations are canceled less than 30 days before arrival. The property makes no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. Rules:
