Bron y Bryn Lodge Ref 7844 Bron-y-Bryn Lodge is a semi detached cottage on the top of a hill in the North Wales village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn. The cottage has six double bedrooms (all with ensuite facilities) which make it suitable for twelve people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a bar and a summer room with sea views. Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars and a front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Bron-y-Bryn Lodge can sleep eighteen people in a hillside location near to the beach.

Full LPG central heating, electric fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, 6 ring gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview/DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cots and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Front patio with furniture, BBQ and sea views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
