Bron y Bryn Cottage Ref 7845 Bron-y-Bryn Cottage is a semi detached ground floor cottage on the top of a hill in the North Wales village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two family bathrooms which make it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner, a conservatory with sea views and a games room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Bron-y-Bryn Cottage can sleep eighteen people in a hillside location near to the beach.

Full LPG central heating, woodburner in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview/DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, enclosed, rear patio garden. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
