With a king bed in the master bedroom in addition to a queen, 2 twins and sleeper sofa, this condo is sure to sleep everyone.

Tropical Winds has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and garbage disposal. There are two stools at the eat-in kitchen and the dining room seats six. In the living room you'll find a big comfy sofa, love seat and two chairs. Or, choose to sit outside on your private balcony. The views are breathtaking! For indoor entertainment, there's wireless internet, cable, 3 TV's and a DVD player.

RELAX ON THE BEACH: My goal is simple....to under-promise and to over-deliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. YOUR INVESTMENT: Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
