This 4-room villa is suitable for up to 10 persons and has an area of 115 m2. The villa is spacious, pleasantly furnished and fully equipped. It has a large double living room, kitchenette, two bathrooms, separate toilet, two bedrooms and a terrace. The double living room has French windows opening onto the swimming pool, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a TV. In the house there are the following bedrooms and bathrooms: 1 bedroom has a double bed (or 2 single beds) with en suite bathroom and toilet; 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds (or 1 double bed); 1 bathroom has a toilet plus there is a separate toilet; a mezzanine level furnished with 2 single beds. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hotplate, American-style fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has a furnished terrace and an adjoining carport.
Bed and bath linen are included. Fees apply for the final cleaning and baby kit (can be paid locally). Pets will be allowed (for a fee) provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and are mentioned at the time of reservation.

Directly on the golf course (9 and 18 holes) of Gujan Mestras lies the luxurious "Résidence Les Greens du Bassin‿ holiday park. This park has an outdoor pool (not heated, open mid-May to late September) and an internet point (not free). The apartments and houses are spacious, well-furnished and situated near the pool. The park, which was built in the typical style of the Landes region, has a rich vegetation. The golf course has a golf club which offers lessons (with discounts for guests of the Odalys Residence), electric golf carts, golf trolleys, equipment rental, a boutique, a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake of the golf course, and a TV room. The Residence is located just 5 km from the beach and marina on the Bay of Arcachon (a bay on the Atlantic coast). A TV and bed linen are included in the price. Final cleaning and a baby kit are available for an additional fee. These can be paid locally.
