This accommodation is located on either the ground floor or first floor. It has an area of about 45m² and can accommodate two adults plus two children. From the window you overlook the beautiful surrounding countryside. The living room contains a double bed sofa and a corner kitchen which is fully-equipped including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and Italian coffeemaker (mocha). There is one bedroom furnished with 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The houses on the ground floor have a private terrace complete with furniture while the apartments on the first floor have their own spot in the garden (also with outdoor furniture). Each apartment is comfortably furnished, has tiled floors in the living room and parquet flooring in the bedroom, plus air-conditioning and a TV.

This holiday house lies on a hill near Gubbio, one of the finest medieval towns in Umbria. The country house complex has been fully restored and divided into 15 comfortable apartments plus a splendid villa dating from 1700 which contains comfortable suites. The Villa, along with the church of San Michele, forms the background of a typical square, in the heart of the complex. Everywhere on the estate you’ll find areas where you can relax and spend your holiday in peace and quiet. The olive trees and Mediterranean flora around the complex help make this place unique.
Facilities of the complex include a large pool (25x8) with whirlpool and children's section. From here you can enjoy a great view of the surroundings. Loungers and parasols are situated around the swimming pool and sun terrace (solarium). For sports enthusiasts there is a tennis / soccer court. You can also rent mountain bikes. There is a nice playground for the younger guests. An outdoor reading area offers the opportunity to relax, and for those who do not want to stay disconnected from the outside world, there is WiFi coverage. The complex has a laundry facility and ample parking. The complex also has its own bar and restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and / or lunch / dinner for a fair price (reservations required). The kitchen serves traditional Umbrian cuisine of their own creation accompanied by a selection of quality wines.
