The house has a tropical plantation design with French doors opening onto large surrounding decks, a swimming pool, Gazebos (complete with hammock) all overlooking the ocean. This 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom villa easily sleeps a party of 8, with provision for more guests in the additional room which easily converts into a fifth bedroom. For those who’re looking for fun and excitement, Chateau Devaux has been termed “the Ideal Party House” with outdoor swimming pool, wet bar and stone Barbeque grill.

The house is conveniently located within 3 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and championship golf course (Including the location of a new development with a Jack Nickolas Golf Course), 6 minutes drive to the Landings Resort, Pigeon Island National Park and 10 minutes to Rodney Bay Village where there are two malls, choices of restaurants, café’s and banks and more.

The property is completely fenced and has a remote controlled gated entrance. The house has an alarm monitored 24hrs by a local security company. For guests spending 5 or more nights, we offer a 4 door sedan (at no extra cost) to use during your stay to ensure you make the most of your trip. We also have a 7/8 seater vehicle that can be requested for larger parties. Housekeeping services are provided twice a week. Arrangements can also be made for additional housekeeping, Baby Sitting services, Catering Services (where lunches and/or dinners can be freshly prepared and delivered), Grocery Pre stocking Services or just let us know what your special needs are and we will do our best to fulfill them.
