This residence is situated in a wonderful location near Mont Blanc. It offers a beautiful view and is surrounded by gardens with numerous different flowers which guarantee sufficient privacy. The residence has a restaurant and bar, a pizzeria and a laundromat. From the apartment you will find trails leading to a nearby lake. Facilities include a tennis court, playground and beautiful mountain biking trail. In Pila there are numerous organized events, especially for children. In both summer and winter there is plenty to do here (in Pila). Pila has approx. 70 km of perfectly maintained slopes. You can take ski or snowboarding lessons at the local ski school. 16 kilometers away is Aosta, accessible by car or by 'Cabinovia' (cable car).
