Beautiful Villa with Private Pool in Tranquil Village Located in the quiet unspoilt village of Acequias, Casa Rosa provides the opportunity to spend time in a comfortable, relaxed setting surrounded by stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Lecrin Valley. The house is newly renovated - but in traditional style. The lovely surroundings offer scenic walks. A 20 min stroll takes you to the pretty, neighbouring village of Niguelas where you can reward yourself with a long glass of something and enjoy the free tapas. Niguelas also has some excellent restaurants.

The house enjoys a private pool and a stunning, well-equipped roof terrace with far reaching views, as well as a smaller terrace off Bedroom 2.

Deliveries of fresh bread, cakes and fish are made to the village each day. Shops, banks, garages, restaurants and bars can be found just 5 minutes drive away in both Lecrin and Durcal.

The beautiful city of Granada together with its Alhambra Palace is a 25 min drive, with the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada a further 25. Llanjarron, gateway town to the Alpujarran region, is only quarter of an hour and the coast, in the shape of the picturesque white village of Salobrena (with some great fish restaurants), takes half an hour.
