This cozy and completely furnished apartment has a small balcony on the front side. There is also a spacious living room, a kitchen and a roof terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms (on the second floor), one of which is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed at your disposal. The beautiful kitchen is well-equipped for 6 persons and contains a microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. In the living room you have the use of a satellite TV and a radio with a CD-player. The house has no less than 2 bathrooms. Stairs in the living room provide access to the large roof terrace.

In the town of Gran Alacant (8 km from Alicante Airport) on the Spanish Costa Blanca (white coast) lies the stylish resort of Novamar, where this attractive accommodation is located. It is an ideal venue for families with children and also offers several possibilities for sports and amusement. Right opposite the house you will find a playground and tennis court. A riding academy, museum and facilities for aquatic sports are located at a reasonable distance. Not exclusively for families, this accommodation can also be recommended to people looking for a quiet holiday in the beautiful vicinity of Gran Alacant. Adjacent to the resort is a wonderful nature area perfect for hiking, barbecuing, mountain biking or bird-watching at the lake. There are several cash dispensers located on the boulevard as well as in the immediate vicinity. Information regarding excursions can be obtained in the Tourist Information Office also located on the boulevard. In the local hospital (1800m) there are German and English speaking doctors. The accommodation is a beautiful upstairs flat in the center of the town within walking distance from the swimming pool.
