Downstairs there is a garden and terrace and on the ground floor you'll find a spacious, comfortable and fully furnished living room, open kitchen, storage room and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, electric stove, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, fridge / freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine at your disposal. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds while the third bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. Also on this floor there is a second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet and double sink. On the second floor there is a sun terrace with a shower. From this terrace you overlook the swimming pool, surrounding landscape and the Mediterranean Sea.
