This house can accommodate up to four persons. The house is large, spacious and cozy. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there are two single beds, in the other room there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a separate area for the washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and electric cooker. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The house is equipped with air-conditioning / heating and a TV which receives Dutch channels. From the bedroom, via a sliding door, you can access the beautiful roof terrace. From the terrace you have a stunning view of the sea, surrounding mountains and the city of Alicante. In addition to the roof terrace, the house has a small terrace with garden on the south side (with sufficient furniture). The house has a private parking space in the underground garage. There is also ample parking on the street.

This house has a beautiful garden with terrace and is located just 900 meters from the beaches of the Costa Blanca. The house is part of a quiet neighborhood and has a common pool. Gran Alacant is situated north of the fishing port of Santa Pola and is only 10 km from the city of Alicante. The international airport of Alicante, El Altet, is located 8 km away. The house is about 1 km from a boulevard and about 1500 meters from the beach of Carabassi as well as some green fields and sand dunes. Near the house you can find several restaurants, bars, an English pub, Internet café, bank, bakery, souvenir shops and a small supermarket. There are big supermarkets as well including Lidl, Caprabo and Mercadona. You can also visit the GA mall 1.5 km from the villa. Bus stops are within 400 meters of the dwelling. For the older youth there is the bustling city of Alicante (10 km) with its magnificent boulevard and numerous discos.
