This beautiful luxurious apartment is suitable up to 5 persons. Downstairs is the living room with flat screen TV with English channels, air conditioning, a patio and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave etc. There is a shower with toilet. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and second toilet. The house has a small private garden and terrace with sunshade. This accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair bound persons.

In the town of Gran Alacant (8 km from Alicante Airport) on the Spanish Costa Blanca (= white coast) lies the pedestrianized complex of Costa Hispania, where this attractive accommodation is located. There are no less than 4 swimming pools in the complex, which are open (with supervision) from 1st May until 15th September. Additional facilities include two tennis courts and a football field. At the main swimming pool there is a building where eating and drinking is possible. Ideal location for families with children, or for people who would like to enjoy a quiet holiday but nevertheless want to undertake a variety of tourist activities.
