This corner apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons. The ground floor has a cozy and comfortable guest lounge equipped with a television, radio and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and oven. Of course there is also sufficient cutlery and crockery for six persons. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two single beds each. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin. One bedroom has access to a sunny balcony. The villa is about 1 km from a boulevard and about 1500 meters from the beach of Carabassi as well as green fields and sand dunes.
