This villa was built in 2001 and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It is a detached villa with a well furnished living / dining room which includes air-conditioning and a TV with English channels. The large kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, a microwave, electric stove, oven, coffeemaker, oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Of course there is also sufficient cutlery and crockery for six persons. There are three bedrooms in the dwelling. One bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. This room is located in the guest house on the ground floor. Here you will also find a toilet and sink. It is also air-conditioned. On the front of the villa there is a large covered terrace and on the top there is a large sun terrace. Both terraces are equipped with furniture. Behind the villa there is a large private garden with a terrace and swimming pool.

This beautiful detached villa is located in the Monte y Mar holiday park in Santa Pola. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood on top of a hill, thus you have a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding environment. In the garden of the villa there is a large private swimming pool. Shops are located just one kilometer from the house and the sea is just 2 miles away. The fishing port of Santa Pola is 10 km from the city of Alicante. The international airport of Alicante, El Altet, is located 8 km away. The villa is about 1 km from a boulevard. Near the villa there is a large park with several restaurants, bars, an English pub, Internet café, bank, bakery, souvenir shops and a small supermarket. The big supermarkets here are Lidl, Caprabo and Mercadona. You can visit the GA mall, 1.5 km from the villa. Bus stops are located 400 meters from the villa. For the older youth there is the bustling city of Alicante (10 km) with its magnificent boulevard and numerous discos.
