This house is big and spacious and at the same time, very cozy. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there are two single beds while in the other room you will find a double bed. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with a separate area for the washing machine). There is also a second bathroom located here. The house is equipped with air-conditioning, a television with English channels and a dishwasher. From the living room you can access the beautiful roof terrace via sliding glass doors. from here you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding mountains and the city of Alicante. In addition to the roof terrace, the accommodation also has a small terrace on the south side complete with patio furniture. The house has a private parking space in the underground garage. There is also ample parking on the street.

Getting there
This property is located in the Novamar Park of Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) and is only 800 meters from the beautiful beaches. This house has a large 40 m2 terrace which is accessible from the living room and offers a view of the surrounding nature, including the mountains and sea. It is a very nice house for four persons. Gran Alacant is situated north of the fishing port of Santa Pola and is only 10 km away from the city of Alicante. The international airport of Alicante, El Altet, is located 8 km away. The park is about 1 km from a pleasant promenade and about 800 meters from the Carabassi beach, green fields and sand dunes. In the park you will find restaurants, bars, an English pub, Internet café, bank, bakery, souvenir shop and a small supermarket. For big supermarkets like Lidl, Caprabo and Mercadona you must visit the mall which is situated 1.5 km from the park. Behind the house there is a beautiful park with a barbecue area. The park also has a communal pool. Bus stops are within walking distance. For the older youth, about 10 km away you will find the bustling city of Alicante with its magnificent boulevard and many discos.
