This luxurious corner accommodation is completely furnished and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. Downstairs you have one bedroom at your disposal. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished as follows: one bedroom has a double bed while two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. Downstairs you find also a living-room with open kitchen, TV, radio, washing-machine, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor you will find, in addition to the two previously mentioned bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub, shower, a 2nd toilet, and balcony. From the large balcony you have a view of the swimming pool, which lies within 10 meters. Furthermore the accommodation has a nice terrace and garden. This accommodation is not suitable for persons totally dependent upon a wheelchair.

This is an ideal venue for families with children. There are several possibilities for sports and amusement, such as a riding academy, museums and facilities for aquatic sports all situated within a reasonable distance. This accommodation is not exclusively for families; people looking for a quiet holiday will enjoy the beautiful environment of Gran Alacant. Adjacent to the complex there is an excellent natural area for walking, barbecuing, mountain biking and bird-spotting (by the lake). Several cash dispensers can be found on the boulevard as well as in the immediate vicinity. Information on a variety of excursions can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office located on the boulevard. In the hospital (1800m) there are German- and English-speaking doctors.
