Ref 4346 The Cottage is a 350 year old cottage in part of a building that was once owned by the family of Oliver Cromwell, on a 6 acre site near to Grafham Waters which is near to Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. With three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom, it can sleep six people. Also within the accommodation is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Also available on site is a children's play area and an open air heated swimming pool which is available through the summer months. With so many facilities available on site and the fabulous Cambridgeshire countryside to discover, The Cottage is a wonderful family holiday cottage all year round.

Full gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Books/DVD/games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared use of open air heated swimming pool, 8x22m, open when lifeguard on duty, from May to Mid September. Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Small onsite shop. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
