Mountain View Cott Ref 11615 Mountain View Cottage is a welcoming bungalow set five miles from the village of Gortahork in County Donegal. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms consisting of one king-size double with an ensuite shower room, one double with an ensuite shower room, one ground floor twin and another ground floor twin with study, as well as a ground floor family bathroom. This cottage also has as a fitted kitchen with dining area and snug with woodburning stove, a sitting room with open fire and a conservatory. Outside, there is off road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Mountain View Cottage is ideal for friends and families at any time of year.

Oil fired central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting area and woodburning stove in snug. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire and woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
