Lovely Vacation Farmhouse with Swimming Pool. The property is part of the vineyard, Domaine de l'Auvieres that produces organic wines, cherries, potatoes and carrots. The farm (in Provencal: un mas) is at least 200 years old and built of the distinctive sandstone. The property has been om-/tilbygget many times. Our share of the property is approx. 1/3-del of the total area. We bought the cottage in 2006. After an extensive but careful restoration appears ultramodern home with the utmost respect for the Provencal style housing. The facade has not changed much. The private garden is laid out according to French taste of lavender, olive trees and palms, which surrounds a lovely swimming pool. There is the pool house with barbecue with open fireplace and Weber grill, dining area and covered terrace - here Staying in fact most of the day! The house is approx. 350 sqm on 3 floors: Ground floor comprises a kitchen / living room with closed fireplace, dining room, bathroom, toilet, utility room with washing machine. 1stfloor contains 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, living room with fireplace, library with TV. Second floor contains offices, children's room with bunk bed, toilet, large room with double bed (grand-lit) and allowing for an additional 4 beds to mattresses. TV with VCR. Air conditioning in second floor. A top-equipped accommodation for 8-10 people.
