Payment Policy: Payment is in USD by certified check or money order. Other forms may be accepted. Booking deposit of $1000.00 due upon booking. Booking is not final until deposit is received. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 91 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Between 90 and 31 days a the booking deposit or the rent amount, whichever is higher, is non-refundable. 30 days prior to arrival the entire booking amount is non-refundable. Upon the discretion of the owner, if the unit can be rented to another party during the period you cancelled, part or all of the cancellation fee will be refunded. Rules: You must agree to follow the HOA Rules and Bylaws. Also NO SMOKING ($500.00 fine), NO PETS ($500.00 fine) Ensure children are supervised at all times ESPECIALLY IN AND AROUND POOLS.
