Three Bedroom Stone Cottage with Shared Pool on The River This lovely cottage is spacious and is situated next to La Roche ( The farmhouse) Newly decorated, and furnished to a high standard,it is ideal for a relaxing family holiday or can be reserved with the other properties on the site to accommodate a larger group. The kitchen is a large farmhouse style one. It is well equipped and has a central dining table and chairs. In the sitting room you will find comfortable sofa's ( one of which is a sofa bed ) and armchairs.

It also has an open fire and although the property has central heating and an open fire which adds a cosy glow to the room in cooler months, which only adds to the ambiance. I pod docking station. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor one has a double and a single bed and hand basin the other a is a twin room with a 3ft 6 inch and single beds. These two rooms share a shower room and separate toilet; It is possible to add a cot to the larger room.

The staircase from the sitting room leads to a lovely double en suite room which has a view over the decking and garden. There is a possibility to put an extra bed or cot in this room. Outside, to the front of the property, there s a large south facing decked area with furniture and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience ( except pool towels )and we will provide you with fresh linen and towels for subsequent weeks. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and has been classes by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

There are lots of charming towns and villages for you to see as well as an astonishing variety of the regions historical heritage. Excellent Vineyards and Restaurants are never far away , definitely worth a visit, but don't miss out on the local markets to buy local produce. There are several golf courses too. We are always happy to book Restaurants, Golf and other activities for you. Close to the river and with plenty of opportunity for delightful walks and cycling or just relaxing moments in a cafe by the river.

Here you will have a choice of holiday for every mood. Since we began letting our properties we have always been amazed at how many people come back, some, many times. We had assumed when we started people would come once maybe even twice, any more than that has been a great surprise to us. We guess we must be doing something right.
