Ref 8887 Ellie-Ann Cottage is a welcoming cottage in the seaside village of Gardenstown on the Moray Firth. The cottage has some lovely sea views, a double and a twin room, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, and a sitting room. Outside is a garden terrace area with bench and sea views, up a set of steep stairs, and parking can be found on the roads around the cottage. The beach is just a few minutes' walk from Ellie-Ann Cottage, which is ideally placed for dolphin spotting on the Firth, visiting the smugglers' village of Pennan, or walking the glorious coastal path.

Full electric heating throughout, additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, Xbox, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity inc. in rent. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
