Perfect relax in Chianti Resort Olmo is located in a picturesque village called “Borgo di Campomaggio", which dates back to 1700. After some years of careful restoring, that kept unaltered the original features of the place, the village has been brought back to its ancient magnificence, with its characteristic rural buildings, the elegant country house, its small consecrated church, streets and park and its newly restored flats waiting for new guests to come.

These are the directions to find us: If you use a navigation system, please give in "Lucarelli", we are located at 500 mts from this village. Coming from north get out of A1 at "Firenze Certosa" and from there take road #2 Cassia in then #222 in direction Greve. If you miss this exit, take the next one "Firenze Sud" and take then on your right road #222 Chiantigiana in direction Greve. Stay always on #222" until 4 km after Panzano. Take then the road on the left which leads to: Lucarelli and Radda. After less than a km you will see a pink house on your left: Villa Rosa. From down town Florence you can take either #222 or # 2, depending on your starting point and follow the instructions given before.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.
We will charge a deposit of 30%. The remaining 70% has to be paid 30 days before arrival. Full Prepayment 5% off Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: there is no charge until 30 days from arrival date, after that date we will not refund the deposit. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Pool Rules: Pool rules should be posted in clear sight by the pool. Here are sample pool rules No running around the pool. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. There is a garbage can at the end of the gravle road, please do not leave garbage in the apartment at your departure. Due to wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Ants are a common problem. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to off during winter months. Air-conditioning should be turned off. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
