Our Gold-rated condo is less than 100 yards from the beach, and centrally located on the island, directly across the street from the Beach Club Complex.

The condo is an end unit, with more windows, more light and more space than most of the other villas. Being located on the top floor of the three-story building offers great views and complete privacy. Sleeping accommodations include a pillow-top king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed plus a twin-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has recently been updated with stainless steel appliances, new countertops in the kitchen and baths, and new Venetian tile floors in the kitchen, baths and hallway.

Wireless Internet is available to keep up with your business and friends during your stay. The screened-in porch provides endless views of the marshlands and navigable waterways leading to the Atlantic Ocean - great for relaxing.

At the Beach Club Complex, you will find the Olympic swimming pool suitable for all ages and the adult pool with the Sand Bar where you can get a refreshing frozen cocktail. There is also a fitness center, restaurant and a brand new food court. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo.

There are two professional golf courses and a full service marina. The island offers several different children’s programs through Camp Fripp. While most of the island amenities are within easy walking distance from the condo, golf carts are available for rent, providing a fun way to explore the entire island. Fripp Island is a Wildlife Preserve. No where else will you find over 500 docile deer, wildlife, birds and water foul, allowing many photo opportunities.
