Getting there
You'll find this Residence opposite the south beach, overlooking the ocean, just 350 meters from the town center and 40 meters from the sea. It is surrounded on one side by the fortifications of the Tour Vauban and on the other side by the landing stages which jut out into the sea.
It comprises two buildings of 2-3 stories (with lift), built around a central swimming pool. This residence, situated at the edge of the sea, has a magnificent view of the île d’Aix and île d’Oléron.
The varied apartments (some of them have a mezzanine), ranging from a studio apartment for 2/3 persons to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 persons, are all fully-equipped: kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet, fee-paying wifi access, television (for a fee) and balcony or loggia.
