Located in the farmland and wooded hills on te beautiful Ardtur peneinsula, the cottage enjoys magnificent views across the lochto the Morvern nills and the rocky islet of historic Castle Stalker. The shore of Loch Linnhe is asome 100yards from the cottage across a field. Offering a balanced mix of old-fashioned charm and contemporary amenities, Garden Cottage is a perfect place to enjoy a vacation in peace away from the din of city life. Accomodatiopn comprises a double room downstairs and 3 twin beded attic bedrooms upstairs. The entrance hall leads into a spacious livivg / dining area with an open fire. the double bedroom is on the other of the hall together with a bathroom with W.C and a shower room (also with W.C.) Each room has an electric convector heater. bedrooms have duvets, pillows and blankets. Towels and bed linen can be provided at an extra cost. Adjacent to the cottage is a laundry room with a coin operated washing machine, tumble drie amd ironing board. The village of Port Appin lies aprrox half wat between Oban and Fort william and is within an easy walk. Port Appin is at the centre of some ofBritain's finest scenery with climbing and skiing at either Ben Nevis or Glen Coe and golf at Ballachulish within easy reach by car. Pony trekcing, bicycle hire and boat hire are all availale locally in Appin.
