Payment Policy: YOU PICK THE RATES BY THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! June 1st to December 17, 2011 $300.00 per night on stays of 30 nights or longer $325.00 per night on stays of 14 to 29 nights $350.00 per night on stays of 5 to 13 nights $375.00 per night on stays of 3 to 4 nights $400.00 per night on stays of 1 to 2 nights January 2, to May 31st, 2012 $375.00 per night on stays of 30 nights or longer $400.00 per night on stays of 14 to 29 nights $425.00 per night on stays of 5 to 13 nights $450.00 per night on stays of 3 to 4 nights $475.00 per night on stays of 1 to 2 nights Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS: A minimum 90 day notice of cancellation is required in writing Or e-mail for a full refund of deposits that have been paid. Early departures and No Shows: There are no refunds for early departures. There are no refunds For the renter who does not show up. Rules: POLICIES The reservation is confirmed upon receiving the signed rental agreement and your 25% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment. There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the pool terrace. Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. Any damage or loss will be charged to the original credit card. This Villa is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of six (6) to eight (8) people. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows. Pets are permitted and there is a $15.00 per day additional boarding charge per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs after check-out if there is damage caused by their pet(s). The owner will not be responsible for any personal injuries or loss or theft of any personal items that renters may suffer during the stay. The front door has a keyless lock. Each guest has their own special entry code. It is changed as each guest departs and arrives. You may request additional maid services for $150.00 per day. Service includes beds made up, bathrooms cleaned, towels cleaned, trash removed, kitchen cleaned, dishes washed, general cleanup of living areas, pool deck reset and pool towels cleaned. Laundry, food shopping, cooking, or baby-sitting must be arranged in advance, and prices set according to services required. We'll be happy to book these extra services for you.
