If you like a beach vacation without the need for a car, this is the place for you. Our family friendly Condo is located in a small 10-unit complex in the real heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach off of A-1-A, between Sunrise Blvd. and Las Olas Blvd.
You are only two short blocks from the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach boardwalk that takes you along miles of crystal clear and all year round warm blue waters and white sandy beaches to all the major attractions, including restaurants & bars, shopping centers, deep sea fishing and jet ski & boat rentals.
This very bright condo is tiled throughout with recently remodeled bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with new glass stovetop range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with built in ice-maker and most importantly modern and extremely quiet mini split AC systems in both, the bedroom and the living room.
The condo sleeps 4: Two in the recently replaced queen size bed in the bedroom, and two on the pull-out queen size couch in the living room. A separater curtain in the bedroom provides privacy for bathroom access. Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A 50% deposit of the total rent amount is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival including a security deposit of $ 250 for weekly rentals and $ 500 for monthly rentals. Personal checks from banks that have branches in South Florida, certified checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment. International guests may contact us for wire instructions. The security deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, remote controls etc. You will be charged for damages that require repairs,excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, etc. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50% of the total rent amount. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Refunds may be granted if property can be rented to some one else during the original booking period. Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their security deposit.
