3 Bedrooms Upstairs Apartment in Fort Lauderdale Welcome to Eastwick House, your private tropical hideaway in fabulous Fort Lauderdale. This friendly and informal English run retreat is the perfect place to work on your tan or just relax in the hammock in our secluded palm garden with a good book. When you've had enough of relaxing try the night life of Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors. Feeling more energetic? Book an airboat ride through the Everglades or perhaps take yourself on a more leisurely kayak ride along the rivers surrounding our area. If all that is too energetic, we are just a short drive from some of the most popular restaurants in South Florida.
Your accommodation is a three bedroom apartment that has just been totally renovated and features master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size, four poster bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is designed in an airy, Key-West style. There is also a second full bathroom. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment comes with a full compliment of linen and towels. If you're a musician, you also have a baby grand piano at your disposal. The apartment has views of the pool and the river and there is plenty of built in cupboard and hanging space. The owners Les and Geoff live on the ground floor, so they are always on hand if needed. Whether your visit is business or pleasure this private oasis will make your stay a magical one.
The area of Fort Lauderdale & Wilton Manors is blessed with almost constant sub-tropical weather. The outdoors is a big part of life for Floridians and tourists alike. Lounging by the pool is what it's all about for many people but the area offers a wide variety of other activities. Whether you join the highlife for a promenade on famous Las Olas Boulevard, or just lounge in our hammock with a good book, there really is something for everyone in this tropical paradise.
There is plenty to do during the day as well. If you have rented a car, why not take a trip out to the Everglades and enioy an exhilarating airboat ride? If you want a longer adventure, take the car and discover Key West, the furthest of the Florida keys. The leisurely four hour journey is spectacular, taking you over 7 mile bridge and across the azure blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean that help make this area so magical. On the way to Key West, you could stop at Key Largo and snorkel or swim with tropical fish at John Pennekamp State park. Payment Policy:
• All Rates in US Dollars. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations that are made 3 calendar months before your arrival date will result in a full refund less a $100.00 administrative charge.
• Cancellations that are made 2 calendar months before your arrival date will result in a 50% refund less a $100.00 administration charge.
• No refunds are processed if we receive a cancellation request of less than 60 days from your arrival date.
• No credits are given for nights spent away from Eastwick House unless by prior written
arrangement.
• Additional guests that are not declared to us at the time of booking will be charged a per night fee of $100.00 + tax @ 11%
• Under no circumstances will a refund be processed for events beyond our control.
• These include, but are not limited too; Airline disruption/bankruptcy, weather,
power failure or civil unrest.
• Every effort is made to provide and maintain the services and facilities that are described on our web site and elsewhere, but refunds due to failures in services or facilities beyond our control are purely discretionary.
• Eastwick House LLC will provide advertising links and brochures for your information.
• We are not however, responsible for the information that is provided by these other entities.
Rules:
• Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
An initial deposit of 50% of the basic rental charges is due at the time of booking and the balance plus cleaning, taxes and refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due on arrival.
• The security deposit will be refunded in full, within 24 hours of your departure subject to any retentions for damage etc.
• The refund will be credited back to your credit card via PAYPAL.
• Under Florida State law all rental and cleaning charges are subject to an 11% tax which will be added to your final payment on arrival.
• No pets of any kind are allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building but smoking is allowed in the gazebo area by the pool.
• A cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged to your credit card in the event that the apartment is smoked damaged.
• Special offers may be withdrawn or altered at our discretion without prior notice.
All prices quoted are for a full weeks stay. Daily rates apply for periods less than a full week.
• Special rates apply from December 20th through January 3rd.
