It is only forty minutes drive to the Atlantic coast with the lovely sandy beaches of La Faute and La Tranche. A bit further south is the medieval town of La Rochelle with its old port, aquarium and yacht harbour, with many restaurants to savour the Charentaise cuisine and local wines and spirits.Evening meals are available at 10 euros a head including complementary wine, using home grown fruit and vegetables There is easy access with large parking area.
