Seaside Villa with Garden and Barbecue The cottage is about 600 meters from the sea. It is located in a seaside resort (Fontane Bianche), about 15 km from Syracuse. It's composed of one double bedroom (photo), a child's bedroom with bunk beds (photo), a living room with two beds(photo), fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.), a bathroom (photo) and a veranda (photo). Near the veranda at the center of the garden (145 mq), you will find a stone table and chairs, a barbecue (photo)as well as a little wash area.

The villa is situated in a calm residential zone surrounded by pine trees(200mq) that are especially refreshing during the warm months(photo). It's ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people. In the neighbourhood (200m) there are many food shops and big supermarkets open 24h/24h, pizzeria, restorant, pharmacy, any it stay open all year. Pubblic bus connect, each 30 min, Fontane Bianche and Siracusa.

The sea zone of the Fontane Bianche, is to approximately 15 km to south of Siracusa, has a long beach with sand white and most fine and limpid and crystalline sea.
