Large Villa Kadyanda near Fethiye with Gym/Games Room

Villa Kadyanda is near Fethiye, has everything that you could want and sleeps up to 13 people. The three living rooms all access the veranda with two BBQs and an illuminated private pool. The five bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces, there are en-suite and family bathrooms and all these rooms are air-conditioned with king size beds. In the basement is a 600 sq ft Gym and Games Room with a cross-trainer, weights, a punchbag, darts, quoits, table tennis and a Nintendo Wii.

The villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains and enjoys breezes even in mid-summer. Uzumlu village is a 2km walk away with shops, restaurants, bars and a Friday market. A short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and Fethiye Town on the Turquoise Coast.

The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or is an easy 25 minute drive in a hire car. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive and Patara Beach is a 1 hour drive as is Saklikent Gorge with its water rafting and mud baths. The hilltop Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda is just 15 minutes from the villa.
